In the same way I help you discover subtle changes in the way that you see the business world. The result? You start making better decisions now. Less stress. More revenue. More time. The key challenge this sector faces is gaps in leadership, especially in middle management.
4. Small business owners wanting a fresh eye
Contemplating retirement? Sell or leverage? By 2019 we anticipate a glut of businesses for sale as baby boomers retire. I work with small business owners to get the most for their business if they want to sell or show them how to keep control of the business and have more time for other things.

How I work
It is important that you work with a coach who you get along with. I do not charge for our first three meetings so that there is plenty of time to get to know each other. After that you may want to engage me for a specific project such as creating a strategic plan, identifying your real values, valuing your business or conducting exit interviews. After this initial period all my clients are allocated one day a month for the year in which we work together. The day may be used for training, one to one employee coaching, working with teams or running workshops on specific issues.
