Katherine is a highly experienced coach.  Working in coaching and training since 2002 Katherine's clients uncover untapped potential, increased self leadership, and find new motivation and inspiration in areas such as leadership, career, teams, at work and in their personal lives.

Katherine is especially passionate about the science of happiness and supports people to expand their happiness at work and personally in the 5 key domains of: meaning, engagement, fun, other people, and achievement.

Katherine hold a B.Sc. in Psychology (2010), holds the role of President of ICF (Tasmania) from 2008 to 2011 and will take up a national ICF board role in 2012. email katherine@flourishing.com.au
