This is what I do when I get up in the morning.

I work with the whole organisation. If you are a small business I will value what your business is worth today as if you wanted to sell it. That gives us both a benchmark. Then I work with you for at least a year on a program that we design together. At the end of the year, I re-value the business so that you can see that it was really worth it.

I work with individuals as a part-time chief strategy officer. I meet regularly in private and in between stay in touch by phone and email.

This course is 5 days intensive training. It is delivered  in collaboration with recognised training organisations and universities. The course is recognised as an elective for an MBA and similar degrees by the University of Tasmania. The course is for senior managers who want to understand and practice coaching in their organisation.
